Systems optimization, custom software, and AI deployment, built around the operations a team already has.
My consulting work spans three areas.
- Systems optimization: data infrastructure that consolidates what's spread across a team's tools, workflow automation for the repetitive work a computer should be doing, and documentation systems that capture how the business runs so agents and new hires can act on it.
- Custom software: internal tooling and client-facing surfaces, built for the exact audience they serve.
- AI deployment: agent layers that work on top of structured knowledge and documented playbooks, grounded in the business's real context instead of generic training data.
Each engagement starts by mapping how your team actually operates: what tools are in place, what's getting in the way, where work is still manual that shouldn't be. That becomes a prioritized, costed plan, what to build, in what order, and why, shaped with you. Then the build: standing up the systems and getting them live in your operations. Once they're running, the work keeps going: monitoring, tuning, and scaling what's there, plus new capability as the business grows.
Two engagements are documented here as case studies: a deal tracking dashboard for a real-estate team, and a tour advancing system for an artist manager.
