I build tools and systems that make space to think.
Hey, I'm Bradley.
I founded and run Brain in a Vat Group, a company with three divisions: a music promotions agency, a systems and AI consultancy, and a product studio. I love untangling messy information and turning it into a playable instrument that anyone can see, run, and improve.
This passion was a long time in the making. In high school, I was a state champion debater, and in college, earned my degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Law. I spent those years learning to deconstruct complex arguments and make them clear, persuasive, and actionable. After graduating from USC in 2021, I launched and led the Music Promotions division at the seminal electronic music agency INFAMOUS PR. When demand grew beyond my ability to service it manually, I built systems to scale my output without compromising quality.
When I founded Brain in a Vat Music Promotions in 2024, building a strong systems infrastructure for the business was top of mind. I developed automated workflows for kickoff, pitching, and reporting, customizing the business's processes to suit my exact mental model, preferences, and innovations.
It didn’t take long to realize that the problems I’d been solving for myself were common across modern knowledge work. I wanted to make work more playable for other people, too, so I began consulting with other businesses. I’ve since built a deal-tracking dashboard for a real-estate team and a tour-advancing suite for an artist manager. In the product studio, I build software designed to make work feel more fluid: Dubs lets you listen to documents and dictate inline notes, while Writ keeps your Mac on your preferred audio devices.
Beyond my work, I enjoy raving, trading sheep for brick over a Catan board, and searching for New York City's finest hamburger.
Thanks for stopping by.
